Are you feeling down? Or is anything else preventing you from fully enjoying your student life? Do you feel different from other students? Do you face issues in which you feel alone?
Would you like to talk about your challenges with like-minded people? If so, please feel free to join in and share what you feel. Feel empowered by recognition and learn from the experiences of others. You are not alone!
Sign up or just drop in.
The No WURries Student Support Group offers a safe space where you can respectfully connect, share experiences and learn from each other in a confidential setting. It is not necessary to have an official diagnose.
The sessions are guided by student dean Olav Wissink, student psychologist Anneke Aikema and peer coach coordinator Heleen Franssen.
Still have doubts if this evening is for you? We would like to welcome all students who feel in need of some extra support. The 'label' doesn't matter, whether it's a neurodivergence (such as AD(H)D, ASS or high-sensitivity), a depression, stress, just feeling gloomy, a chronical disease, identity-crisis, anxiety or anything else that might prevent you from fully enjoying your student life.
You are most welcome to join us.
