Course description
Are you facing challenges that prevent you from fully enjoying your student life? Would you like to connect more with your peers? If so, join the NoWURries support group to learn from the experiences of others and empower each other through mutual support. In monthly meetings, we share experiences and exchange tips. You are not alone!
Sign up or just drop in.
The No WURries Student Support Group offers a safe space where you can respectfully connect, share experiences and learn from each other in a confidential setting. It is not necessary to have an official diagnose.
The sessions are guided by student dean Hella Snoeren, student psychologist Anneke Aikema and coordinator Heleen Franssen.
Still have doubts if this evening is for you? We would like to welcome all students who feel in need of some extra support. The 'label' doesn't matter, whether it's a neurodivergence (such as AD(H)D, ASS or high-sensitivity), a depression, stress, just feeling gloomy, a chronical disease, identity-crisis, anxiety or anything else that might prevent you from fully enjoying your student life.
You are most welcome to join us.
