Course description
Every day there is a different type of yoga lesson that you can try. Today a yoga instructor of SC de Bongerd introduces you to Power Yoga, an active, quite physical form of yoga that is derived from Ashtanga Yoga. Yoga is known for it’s relaxing and strengthening qualities. While keeping attention to your breath, you move through different postures that promote your physical and mental wellbeing.
