Course description

 

Boxing stimulates body and mind. The exercise relaxes you and releases stress. But did you know that you also learn a lot about yourself while boxing? How do you react when you take a punch? Do you hit back, run away or cringe? After active boxing, it’s time for relaxation through yin yoga. Join the workshop and experience it for yourself.
